Definitely would recommend these apartments! They are beautiful and definitely worth it if you are thinking about applying for these apartments ask for Mya Gonzalez ! Shes so helpful answers all your questions in detail shes amazing !!

I have been a resident for about two months now and I can honestly say this is a great location to live. Close to the highway, 5 minutes from Oakwood, Flowery Branch and about 15 from Buford. The rooms are nice sized, bathrooms and living room plenty of space to enjoy the comfort of your home. I'm not going to lie, I have had some inconveniences while staying here but it is only because the building is brand new. Nothing is always going to be perfect in my opinion, it's the real world after all. I love the pool, the hang out area and even the gym (Trash service is also a plus). Overall my experience with Advenir has been great so far. P.S Mya was a tremendous help with any questions or problems I did have, she's a real one, and I hope she stays on the team.
