Beacon Lake Lanier - Homes for Rent

I dont know where to start, the cheap spec homes or lack of management. The people at the office get transferred somewhere else every 6 months as well as maintenance staff. Ken is the only person who has helped resolve any maintenance issues; the front office has been telling me for a year these issues are going to be resolved there is a water leak under the sink in the master bath and erosion in the back yard. Update: after a year and a dozen or so maintenance requests they finally fixed the cabinet in the bathroom. Still have the erosion in the back yard only its been getting worse.

Great property management! The houses are modern and in great condition. The leasing office and maintenance personnel are always polite and prompt.

My partner and I moved in about two weeks ago, and it has been a very smooth process! Amanda has been absolutely fantastic, and she has been extremely laidback and helpful the whole time. We also love our home and our neighbors are super friendly!

Everytime I think of how much we are paying a month for this place, I don't know if I want to cry, throw up, or both. We had the pleasure of having literal crap (yes, from the toliet) being shot up the shower drain while showering, multiple issues with our appliances, and ac didn't work for weeks. You have to pay monthly for landscaping and pest control both which are non-existent. We have stinkbugs and spiders in every corner of the house. These houses are cheaply made, the walls are extremely thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING inside + outside. Please don't even get me started on the leasing office, I'm honestly not sure anyone even works here until it's time to take your money. They are a mess and so unorganized- keep everything in writing and all your bank statements on hand for this place! I have other family members that also live in the neighborhood and we all broke our leases early because it's just THAT bad
