It's a workman's hotel no frills but was safe. Big parking lot for trucks with trailers. People were friendly outside smoking. Front desk was nice lady. Little shady looking place but was fine. Room was fine. Slept fine had easy cereal breakfast. Parking was a big plus for my trailer.

Welcome to the Bates Hotel when you first walk in it looks nice to me and clean but will she make that less down the hallway you think you're in a nightmare there was no ceilings we waited over an hour for the room to be cleaned and there was dirt on the floor we were afraid to let our feet touch the floor it look like somebody just threw some dirty water on the floor the room smelled I guess they had date of fresh paint but they said they're going through renovation they did not say that there was no ceiling that the bathroom doors should not be closed because you make it stuck in the or that the toilet will run all night but you are allowed to bend down and turn it off with the shut-off valve if you would like they did not say that the refrigerator makes so much noise that you think it's a truck outside or that the AC would make so much noise that you thought something had crashed into the window these are a few of the horrors that we live for 2 days as we attempted to visit our family that live near the area this is the worst place I've ever stayed in in my life and when you put out the difficulties of the rooms to the front desk though they were courteous they did not come up with any solution or offer any room change but looking at the rooms that were available and still being cleaned as we enter our room, I don't think there were any better alternative.

Me and my family was supposed to be here for two nights, yesterday and tonight, but we left at first light. The place was filthy, its under construction and a complete eye sore, we had to take the sheets and blankets off the beds because it was obvious they were not cleaned, the chair had suspicious stains on it, the pills had blood stains, doors slammed all night, dogs barked all night, this place was not worth the stay. I want my money back for both nights. Every time we went up to the front for something the staff never once apologized. Dont waste your money here. Go to Tifton where they have much nicer hotels.
