Reached out to the better business bureau regarding this company. They refuse to pay caregivers hours worked, and when they do it is done on their own time. I wouldnt recommend anyone working for this company. You wont be compensated for your work.

Ideal Healthcare Providers LLC is a great place to work. The administrator and manager C, Fuller, sincerely value and care for their clients and employees. Administrator C. Jones adjusted my work schedule, when I struggled with coming to work, due to health issues. This flexibility assisted me in dealing with my work and life challenges. Ideal Healthcare Providers presented challenging opportunities, that encouraged me to develop successfully and professionally. Ideal Healthcare Providers makes it clear to the staff that the clients come first, and taking care of the clients needs is the #1 priority. I enjoyed working for a company that encompasses teamwork. This company showers employees with praise and recognizes us when we do a good job.

Do not work for this company they do not treat there employees well, this is the third time my paycheck has been late, they do not care that you have bills to pay, they will pay you with cash app when ever they feel like it. It's very botlegg and ghetto, they do not return phone calls, bottom line they don't care, About employees or there patients, do not let this company care for your love ones.
