The best ever! Thank you all soooo much for the wonderful assistance you provide for the struggling homeowners and families affected by the world's troubles. I'm trying to find out the times of services so that I can attend service.

I visited this place for assistance today and was spoken to in disrespect by a short white lady with short gray hair. She exposed my personal information, out in the open. This white lady wouldn't give me back my personal information, when I asked for it back because of the disrespect shown to me. Holding on to the public's personal information , once, you deny assisting the consumer (the public) it's identity theft. It's also, against state law. If anyone has experienced unprofessional behavior from the volunteer staff, contact consumer affairs, better business bureau, 211, Govenors office, county commissioner, and other government agencies. It's considered homeland security issue!! The public should record all conversation had with these volunteers. Know that your personal information is breached at this location. Don't trust this organization, go through consumer affairs. This situation isn't finished, justice will be served!! Update: went back and the same lady, I had issues with was there. She was a little better in behavior. She placed me with the same black older man that took up for me the first time. He assisted me, and was able to get assistance. However, before I left, I gave my feedback on mistreatment from the first time I went there. Regardless of them being offended, they didn't mind offending me, the first time, so, God will always deal with those that persecute his chosen ones. I'm thankful, they assisted me, the 2nd time, I came back, the first time they didn't. All other agencies are kind as well as empathic to people in need, this agency scares me.
