Had an issue with iPhone screen that stopped working. Went through order with store rep. Everything was in order to replace the phone, until the rep inadvertently selected 2-day shipping instead of in-store pickup. Now Im out of a phone for the next 2 days. I will also have to take off work so I can sign for delivery. The store refused to correct the mistake, now Im stuck with it.

Very friendly, clean, and organized. General Manager was super accommodating and though. Got everything sorted out for me. Everyone was friendly and chatted while I waited.

I really appreciate brick and mortar stores where they are staffed with people willing to help. I have been with Verizon for at least 10 years and anytime I need help I always find willing Associates at this store. Also I consider myself old school and I appreciate the fact I can pay with cash at the kiosk.

We went to this store on 1/28 at 1pm. There was no one waiting ahead of us. The person checking people in greeted us and said he would check us in shortly he was helping a customer. We waited 15 minutes, then another couple came in, he jumped up from his customer and checked them in. Not another word was said to us. No check in. Nothing. We went to another Verizon store to get 2 new phones and Apple Watches and to start a new line. Was it because we are women? Because we are gay? Or because we are invisible? Who knows. Zero stars. Dont recommend.

Went in to hopefully get a phone repaired and staff gave us very detailed information about the claim process. He was very knowledgeable about all the current sales and deals that were currently going on. Very honest and upfront about everything. I would recommend to anyone currently with Verizon to visit and especially those wanting to switch.
