We are buyers of a home built and designed by Keith (versus some other reviewers are not). Keiths homes exemplify premium craftsmanship. Keith was wonderful to work with prior to, during and after purchase. We would welcome the opportunity to purchase another home from Keith in the future. Our family loves our new home.

Keith Sumner agreed to sell us a piece of property for an agreed upon price, he gave us a close date and said his attorney would be in touch with us. This was a handshake deal which was a BIG MISTAKE as he is not a man of his word! When the close date came and went, we contacted him because we had not heard from his attorney. After a few phone conversations he rudely told my husband we were aggravating him. After that he never responded to any of our calls or texts. All we wanted was to purchase and close on the property he had agreed to sell us! Needless to say, after months of not hearing from him we purchased another piece of property on which to build our cabin. We have not heard anything from him since December 2022 and it is now October 2023. I have NEVER been treated in such an unprofessional manner! Although Keith and a lot of people think he is a fine, upstanding businessman, he cannot be trusted!

Not a very reliable man!! Doesnt follow through with what he tells you. Not very trustworthy, very sarcastic when dealing with him. Would not recommend him if your looking for someone honest.
