Our new home builder superintendent Jason Lawrence was a class act from beginning to settlement! He kept us totally informed in Florida by video every step of the way including necessary cost adjustments and choice of options. Jason cared and was concerned about the quality of our home. We made midcourse improvements & adjustments pulling on his vast knowledge and experience. It was a comfort realizing how transparent and informative Jason was. We were fortunate to find Trinity custom Homes and Jason Lawrence.

Trinity was great from the beginning to the end of the processes. Derek was great with answering our questions, helping us understand the process, and helping us get started. Our building superintendent, Daryl, was great from the moment we broke ground to closing. They communicated with us throughout the process and quickly responded to any questions/concerns we had. Highly recommend.

I have never gotten a response from the owner. I wonder why? Look at all the five-star reviews. Real, or fake? I think fake! would like to know what builder these five-star reviews used. It was not Trinity, I used them. We had three walk throughs and gave up. They just made things worse. We spent thousands of dollars to fix Trinity's mistakes. Just spent $1200.00 fixing electrical wiring mistakes. Maybe Trinity has improved? No, I doubt that! Just spent 1299 dollars to fix a crack in the basement concrete...The other Tom Shaffer is not me; I am the unhappy one. Just had to spend 800 dollars on new toilets. We asked for handicapped toilets, they are taller. Trinity did not do as we asked. We had several sections of flooring coming up. We asked for waterproof laminate. They installed the cheapest one available. The floor man says it retails for 99 cents a square foot. Thats TRINITY! It's going to cost us over 6 thousand dollars to replace it.

Working with the Warner Robins office has been such a good experience. Courtney, Monique , Jim , and Buddy have all been so instrumental in the decisions we have made for our home that Trinity is building. My husband and I would recommend them highly to build your home.
