Upon arriving in town to visit my daughter and her new apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful atmosphere Ms. Asya has cultivated. Her patience and knowledge about the area made me confident that my daughter is in good hands. I often see my daughter on FaceTime in her office, working tirelessly. Ms. Asya's dedication does not go unnoticed. I am truly grateful for her assistance and patience as my daughter settles in. The Valentine's party thrown for residents was a lovely touch, although I do hope the gate gets fixed swiftly, as Ms. Asya has assured me it will be.

I have been living in this place for 8months. One of the worse experiences! This place has gone from bad to worse. I have complaint time after time and nothing gets done. Break in vehicles, valet trash not being picked up, roach infestation, drafts In All windows(I literally had to board my bedroom window) neighbors heavily smoking marihuana. Tenants being loud in the middle of the night. Figuring and blocking cars. Thats to name a few things. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The turnover for this property is unreal. What is it going to take for you all to get it together? This is no way to live. I have a family and kids that should never be exposed to this kind of environment. You all would think they want their tenants happy but no! They couldnt care less.
