I put in an application last Sunday I call Monday to see if they received the application I talk to. a Receptionist Monday her name is Rhonda she took me on a tour to look at the apartment before I put the application in I love it so I called Monday to make sure they received the application the receptionist Rhonda said they received it so I called back Tuesday to see if I got approved I kept calling nobody didnt answer the phone I kept calling then Wednesday came I called nobody didnt answer so then I called back at 12:30pm Rhonda's told me I was approved so then I realized if I was approved why didnt nobody call me to let me know anything? So Rhonda sent me my approval letter to my email Wednesday at 1:00 pm so I look over everything they wanted first month rent plus another 1,000 so I decided to go up there Thursday to see why they was charging me so much money the receptionist Rhonda wasnt there it was another female there shes Spanish she said she was the manager I wanted to know why they was adding so much fees because the only thing that I should been paying was rent and turning on my lights plus paying water and gas then I told the lady that I wanted to cancel the application because i felt like it was to much for everything plus I wanted to see if I could change my move in date because I would of have all the money by Friday but she didnt wanted to change the move in date so I decided to cancel the application I wanted my $300 back that I payed for the administrative fee the application is $50 so its $350 in all but I know I wasnt getting the money back for the application and it says on there website the $300 is refundable and if u want to cancel u half to do it before 48 hours the lady then told me that I couldnt because its been 48 hours which t wasnt true because I just got approval letter sent by Rhonda Wednesday at 1:00pm in my email and its now going on Thursday the next day i got there at 1:30 anit no way its been 48 hours mam she didnt wanted to refund me my $300 she then lied and said the approval letter was sent two days ago which is a lie because I have the date and time her receptionist Rhonda sent it to me thats why I came in the next day Im very upset because I never got my $300 back the manager was in the wrong because she keep my money then lied and said I didnt read the application and the approval letter was sent two days ago be careful where you apply at because this apartment is scamming people and taking people money and its not fair because we work hard for our money

all ima say they scammed out my money lied about when I moved out didn't give me a lease breaking form stated I was gone have it before I moved they fired her she never gave me my papers now I'm dealing with credit companies when I didn't even stay there anymore the office told me that the head management company couldn't do anything instead of them calling me and letting me know about the balance and information they just never told me anything at all still stated I stayed there but overall I love the complex
