    Beware of cost overruns on this expensive service. Before I knew it I was on a plan at 250 for the month and it swelled to over $1300 for the month. I think they're very liberal in accounting for minutes used and found it very shady and somewhat dishonest. They also have a 30 day cancellation policy, so to avoid being fleeced again this month I just shut it down and handed them $250 or so for nothing. They were also sloppy on how they handled my call instructions. There are more affordable and competent services out there so avoid this company.

    I am incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service provided by Voice Nation. Last week, I called to cancel my subscription and requested a refund. To my dismay, I was repeatedly transferred to a line where no one answered my calls. After finally getting through, several support representatives assured me that they would create a ticket for my concern. However, it has been a week, and my account has not yet been canceled, and to make matters worse, I was charged for a service I explicitly asked to be canceled. This has been the worst experience with customer support I have ever encountered. While someone will take your call, the promises of addressing the issue seem empty, and there is no resolution in sight. It is clear that their customer service is the worst among the worst. They appear efficient when you're signing up, but once they have your money, they show a complete disregard for your concerns. I strongly advise against considering Voice Nation for any service. They seem to establish their business to frustrate and inconvenience their customers, especially once they've secured your payment. This company does not prioritize service for others; it's a regrettable choice for anyone seeking reliable and supportive customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my frustrating experience. If there were an option for zero stars in this review, Voice Nation would undoubtedly earn it. They don't even deserve to get 1 star!

    Used Voicenation for over 6 years and their service has gotten so bad we now have to make a change. I have reached out to whoever happens to answer when I call in, its a different person every time with no resolution at all. We start using a call recording service to listen to all our calls. Not just Voicenation calls, but when we heard the way they answered the calls, that is when they actually did answer that is. Most of the calls would ring 6 times go to the recording and then ring at least 2 or 3 additional times before someone who sounds like they just got out of bed woud finally answer. Not sure what happend to them but in the beginning they did a great job but the last couple years they have taken a turn for the worst.

    This company has devolved into a total disgraceful disaster. There's zero customer service and in my honest opinion many of the calls are rudely answered. Their technology is gone backways and they continue to bill post cancellation of services. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
