        Went here to change my plan to separate lines with my mom and the young lady said I had to call 611. I called 611 and asked them if the store can help me with this situation and they said yes. And he said they probably said I had to call 611 because they dont know how to do it. Theres an older lady in here and she looks like she knows what shes doing but unfortunately she wasnt there today. Was not happy with todays service.
