Two phone tradeins through this location and both got stolen. Do you think this is a coincedence? If it were the manager or owner would have already investigated if they were innocent. But guess what nothing has been done. So you probably know why. Nevertheless never ship anything from here.

Awful. Twice I have placed an online order for copies, some of which needed to be laminated. Both times when I showed up to pick up my order, I discovered that they had forgotten the lamination. Twice. Which means that both times I had to come back a second time so they could fix the mistake. Sloppy. On top of that, when I arrived today to pick up my order there was a long line. I had to wait about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. When it was my turn, I told the guy I was there to pick up a prepaid print order that was complete. He said I would have to wait for the other woman to finish working with a customer before I could get it. When I asked why I had to wait for an order that was already paid for and complete, he said there was only one computer that could be used for print orders, so he just went and sat down and hung out while I and others waited in line.
