Whole hotel smells like cigarettes. First room we were in the water in the tub would not shut off. It continually ran. I complained and they moved us. The other room wasn't any better. The rooms look like they are falling apart. We left a day early as it was so bad.

If I could give this place 0 stars I most definitely would. This is the nastiest, smelliest, dampest hotel Ive ever stayed in. I wish more people would do reviews. This is the room we received after a 12 hour drive so Im extremely upset. The room was run down. The hotel smelled like cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking hotel. There were roaches. The paint on the walls and the furniture was peeling. Hair and burns were found in the sheets. The photos should explain my frustration!!!!!!!

I had a very nice experience here. I also want to thank the front desk attendants for being so kind. I was kind of annoying and they still respected me.

I checked in on December 11, 2023 when I first arrived on the floor of my room there were multiple towels down in the hall with some sort of leak there was a very musty odor and to be honest it smelled really bad.. I than entered my room where the disappointment continued the bathroom had multiple hairs down in the floor the towels were old and dingy with multiple stains the room did not appear to be clean at all and to top it all off when my husband laid in the bed he immediately started itching we noticed multiple red areas and welts on his back only after a couple minutes of lying on the bed, we instantly went down to the front desk at which time the manager was notified she eventually came down to the desk and stated she would take a look at the room when we went to the room she saw the hair we even pointed out an actual roach on the bathroom floor she pretended as though she didnt think there was an issue after pointing out multiple problems with the rom she than stated abruptly Fine ill give you a refund we gathered our belongings and went down to the front desk at which time she stated Theres nothing I can do even though she previously said she would give us a refund. Needless to say we didnt stay so we were forced to find a new room in the middle of the night. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy and Im going to make sure every one is aware not to go here its absolutely Horrible!!!!
