        Worst experience. Check in took 30 minutes because they only had 1 person working the desk. (Nelly was AMAZING, though). Put in a request for housekeeping to service my room while I was out for 10 hourscame back to that not being done. The shower water does not get hot-its more like lukewarm. I requested a late check out and placed the do not disturb sign on my door. Housekeeping came by BANGING on my door not once but TWICE even after I told the first banger that I wasnt leaving until 1! DO NOT STAY HERE! It will be your worst nightmare. UPDATE: Spoke with Daisy of management. She apologized, made excuses and offered to refund me 1 nights stay and a return phone call once this was processed. I received neither. Too bad I cant make this a negative 1 star.
