First it took months to get the appointment. The doctor wasnt helpful AT ALL, told me there was nothing they could do "for that pigment", offered no advice or explanations that could actually earn the $75 copay. What a waste of time. Would not recommend.

I came to this office twice , and needed to schedule an appointment for the third time , called the office , the person in the front desk asked whats the reason of the visit ? so far everything is normal . i told her i have some spots on my skin and then she goes is it Impetigo ? I said i dont know the name of it , she goes you have been seen 2 times here is it for this one or for this one , let me see your record ,is it lipomatosis ? I have not been seen for that , and now that i googled it , i do not have that , and it makes me question why do i have a diagnosis that i dont have , in my medical record ? where did that came from ? The doctor never mention that to me and now that i googled it i dont have that so why do i have it in the medical record ? Wasnt it enough that i said i have spots on my skin in order for me to take an appointment, isnt that enough ? Why do i need to get diagnosed over the phone from the front desk person to take an appointment?
