Wonderful service. Dr. Choi and the hygienist really took time to explain what they were doing and why it was necessary. They did not try to rope me into services I did not need. The customer service experience was phenomenal. Keep up the good work!

Would leave zero stars if possible. Had an absolute nightmare experience with Polish Dental. I tried going to every location with hopes that the care I was receiving would improve and it did not to say the least. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Ive been with this location for a while now, Im always greeted when walking in and everyone is always nice and respectful. Im currently going through the Invisalign process and Lakeisha was wonderful in ensuring it was a smooth process!

This place is TERRIBLE. They are a fairly new location still in training and no one here has ANY idea of what they are doing! They do not know how to check authorizations from your insurance companies for procedures. None of the front desk women have any idea how to check the computer for things as they are still in training.Additionally if you call them you get rerouted to people who are working remote from home and have very limited access or knowledge about anything. You constantly have to call the Alpharetta location to get any updates on any appt/procedure information.
Also this place is performing MALPRACTICE. I had my daughter scheduled here for a root canal for 2 MONTHS ( against my wishes as the Alpharetta location transferred us to this new location in Duluth 1 hour out of the way). Her insurance was with Caresource Medicaid. They initially cancelled the 1st appointment at last second on the day of the root canal because they claimed they didnt get the authorization back from Insurance company to perform the procedure. Only to find out they didnt get it back because they billed for a procedure without sending ANY X-Rays to the insurance company! Insurance company had no idea what to look at so they sent it back to have X-Rays included. This clinic sends another authorization the next day.Requesting only for a Root Canal, Crown, and Build up. The insurance denies the build up as it was not deemed medically necessary after they had medical dentist review it, but they approved the Crown and Root Canal procedure. Caresource sends this info to the clinic by computer, fax, AND by mail. And even i got the copies by mail as well. The clinic reschedules the appt weeks later. We go in today then suddenly RIGHT before the procedure, they state a need to charge us almost $500 out of pocket! I asked why?! They said because Caresource wont cover what they are trying to do. They give me a bill that shows about 3 ADDITIONAL random procedures that was NEVER mentioned in the original authorization sent to the insurance company! Some random treatments they want to do on top of the root canal on my kid. Just added 2-3 more procedures out of the blue without ever telling us or insurance company of these procedures. Trying to hustle us for random money for spur of the moment extensive medical procedures. And they told us specifically they hate MEDICAID, it dont pay them enough anyway! So why accept it?! That is MALPRACTICE and NOT RIGHT! Imagine going in for Lasik surgery to correct your vision then suddenly they say, " Hey we need to remove your eyes completely as well right after this. Its gonna cost ya an extra $500 oop. Ready, Set, Go?! " That is the equivalent to what they are doing here.
I HIGGGHHHLLYYYY recommend NOT USING this place as their scores are based off reviews of their other locations. Not this one in DULUTH!! It is too new and so bad. Do NOT put you or your significant others health and medical conditions at risk by going here. CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE! They have a massive lawsuit coming up on their hands very soon! And they wont last long. Billing behind the scenes for random procedures not reviewed by insurances is malpractice. It is a very sneaky, lousy way to make money on the side. And they are VERY RUDE here! I challenge u to call their location phone number and ask about some basic authorization or appointment questions. Watch how long they stutter around, unable to find or explain anything logically without saying they will have someone call you back. ANd they NEVER call back btw. Because the phone routes to work at home associates who dont care.
Im so glad i caught their bs before my kid had her procedure done here, dodged that firestorm! We will find another clinic. They lost over $3000 worth of a procedure because they wanted to hustle an extra $500 when you come in day of for your appt. There are Kids that go here man.It is SAD they are doing that to children. They can burn in hell for all i care. Stop cheating people and playing with their lives.
