Worst experience. They didnt have car available when went to pickup even when it was reserved 3 day in advance and they left a voice mail a day before to give me a reminder

As owners of this location we are agents for Budget Car and Truck Rental. We do not have access to this gmail account and cannot access these reviews to reply. One thing we can assure you of we run an ethical business and do our best to provide excellent customer service. We have been in business since 1999 and appreciate your business. We have many long term truck customers who have used us for years and can attest to this. As an Agent for Budget we are required to follow Budget's policies and procedures. Budget corporate determines deposits required, qualifications, check card policies, drop policies. If you have questions regarding these policies go budgetatl.com and they are listed on the website. In addition, we rely on Budget to supply us with the vehicle you are renting and if we have to substitute, delay or move you to another store this is due to Budget not supplying us with the vehicle you reserved. This is not the norm but when it does occur we will do our best to inform you in advance and work with you to find a vehicle. Unfortunately, if you reserve a vehicle last minute you run a much higher chance of a no vehicle situation, recommend you call us prior to coming in to insure we have a vehicle on lot. Been using them for years with car and truck rentals. They have been great and try to accomadate as much as they can when issue comes up. I don't understand some of the negative reviews here. I see they treat their customers great whenever I am there to pickup. Call or visit them when you need a rental.
