Mr. Patrick and staff offer superb customer service. Theyre always pleasant, helpful, accommodating as much as Corporate Avis permits. Mr. Patrick and crew go above and beyond to ensure youre accommodated and satisfied. They are open seven days a week other markets theyre closed on Sundays. The office/location is always clean and presentable. I always rent here vs. anywhere else.

They were good but the only downside is that I booked an economy car which their website said it was available but was told before 30 mins that SUV is the available option and would cost more. I was in need of a car as I had to leave mine in the workshop and had to take it. Car I got was clean but would be better if they had floor mats in the car.

Horrible customer service! I needed a 7 passenger car for the weekend to go on a family trip. When I went to pick it up it was dirty on the inside along with paint stains on the steering wheel, multiple dents, and a cracked grill. I let one of the workers know but told her I didnt have time for them to clean it nor did it look like they had another 7 passenger vehicle in their lot. Fast forward a couple of days and I am returning the car. The rep said, hey the inside looks dirty. I let her know, I told your coworker it was dirty when I got it on Friday. She then tells me well I know the people who rented it before you. They wouldnt have dirtied the car up and if it was dirty you should have taken pictures of it. Didnt know I started working for Avis.
