I dont normally write reviews, but I felt like I had to. Twice I went to this location and each time they took forever and made some random excuse not to deposit my check. The writing is illegible and I can assure you it was not. Or they asked what state and I said California and they made another excuse. Same bank teller. Same problem everytime. I went to Wells Fargo instead, they took 5 minutes and did what I politely asked for.

This is most horrible branch I have ever came across in my 30 years of banking with this bank. They asked me wait momentarily to withdraw hight amount and after 30 mins or so, asked me if I want to wait further.
Prime example of customer no-service. Wish I can give negative rating.

Wasted my time . I sat there for 1 hour and half because they claimed they couldnt verify my info. Then after I finally got the info from the IRS . They informed I would have to come back tomorrow because the person helping me had another appointment. Lets not mention she didnt service me right away because she was with her previous appointment. I dont recommend scheduled appointments back to back if you cant handle it . Im so pissed because great customer service is helping the person your with first then help others. I will never go to this branch again
