I went to this location a few days ago to cash a check that was made out to my business from a company I provided services to, who banks with United. I have had a hard time opening a business checking account for my business so yes I went to the issuing bank to cash my check..assuming Id pay a processing fee and carry on with my day. I forgot to ask for the tellers name working drive thru. I sent over my DL, a second form of ID, which was my old bank card with my business name and my name on it, along with the check I signed while she watched. A few moments later, the woman comes back and states, We cannot cash this check because its made out to a business and not you and we dont know you. I mean WOW, I am a 34 year old black woman whos a multi-business owner. So because I dont LOOK the part, and she didnt KNOW me, they would not cash my check for my business that they issued from a business that banks with them?! Just wow!!
