        Its very dirty over here. People steal package delivered to your door. the residence beat up on your car. A super rat and cat problem around the neighborhood. The appliances are very cheap in a rental company does not want to fix it nor cant afford it. whatever you do do not choose this apartment complex spend your money where they appreciate it.

        The new manager is very pleasant. She is part of this community. Things aren't perfect but what matter is that she is aware of it and work towards a solution daily. It is not the same when someone brush of your issues off versus acknowledges you.
