I am looking at the reviews and I'm glad I never got to the point of residency. I recently relocated to the Atlanta area and I was looking for an apartment in the Duluth/Alpharetta area due to work location. I went into the complex because it looked fairly nice. Well, I went and spoke with the leasing agent on duty. I don't think she knew much about the property because she kind of looked at me like "what do you want". So after pulling information out of her, she proceeded to tell me that there was only one, two bedroom unit available and that they go pretty fast. So I asked her how long had it been available? She looked at me, laughed and asked me "what does it matter how long its been available". Well that told me everything I needed to know about this particular company. If it's employees can't even muster up enough respect for a potential tenant to provide them simple information, no matter how irrelevant it might seem. I know that they have absolutely no regard for the people that they already have on the hook. Like the saying goes, they is a silver lining in every cloud. Because the rude lady saved me from what would have probably been a nightmare. It's not like they are the only complex. The way she acted you would think that they have a monopoly on the apartment industry In the area.
