It's been around two months since I moved in. All the staffs in the office are very kind, and I can receive very accurate and prompt responses to any questions or requests that may arise in my new life. In particular, I am very satisfied with the response from the maintenance team. Just a few days ago, when there was a problem with the remote control of my garage door, it was resolved in less than half a day!! Thank you!

Rules for use of the facilities (pool, gym, coffee room) are not followed. Some residents are allowed to bring entire families (10 people or more). Alcoholic drinks, loud music by the pool. No parking handicap spots assigned, in spite of numerous request

I can not emphasize how kind and professional the new management team is. This includes carrying heavy packages that were dropped off to their office to my home so I wouldnt have to carry it, any maintenance issues being handled within a few hours, staying after hours to handle emergency maintenance issues, they removed an illegal parking sticker that the salon next door mistakenly put on my car window, keeping a package that fedex left in the middle of the hallway in the safety of their office and more that I cant remember at the moment. I really appreciate how they have always taken my tiniest of problems seriously and are always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Dream Team!
