        Our adventure through home selling with Sharon as our guide was phenomenal! She gave us the skinny, we liked what we heard, and we went from there. Our listing was posted seamlessly across all platforms and our response rate was through the roof. We were shocked by how busy we were, but Sharon made such a smooth ride of showings. When we got an offer we loved, Sharon dropped in daily with all the need-to-knows. That made the closing stages a stress-free and easy experience. We cannot recommend Sharon Bevins and Heritage Oaks Realty enough, but we will surely try our hardest (if you ask us!)
