Had a very unpleasant experience working with Nevina unfortunately. I would have asked to work with someone else, but I'm under the impression that's how the company as a whole work. Then I come on here and read Mr. Reid's review, I'm not surprised. If you're looking for a home I would recommend you work with another company honestly.

I unfortunately had the pleasure of working with a Nevina Lencrerot. I met Mrs. Lencrerot at a longue, she went on to tell me she was a realtor when I mentioned I was looking to buy a home. When I later contacted her the story changed. She explained that she technically wasn't a realtor being as she hadn't paid her fees. Being a nice a guy I offered to loan her funds to pay her fees in exchange of help finding a home and she accepted. Time has passed and she has not found anything plus has ceased communication. Since she has failed to reply I figured I'd leave a detailed review of my experience. Hopefully she's not doing this to others.

Good Day Carlock family, I couldn't go without telling you thank you for your dedication and communication and commitment into helping families achieve there dreams! If it wasn't for your dedication I would have given up because home could be stressful but specifically Donna made sure she was dedicated, determined and very communicative! Because of this, my home buying process went very smooth with the home of my dreams! Thank you to you and your whole team‼️
