        AMP, continues to be the best in the business when it comes to management. Pam and the team are the best in the business. I have been a board member for 8 years and AMP has been the best after going through several companies. Always easy to reach, easy to talk to and always gives great advise. For any HOA needing management I highly recommend AMP.

        Awful business, with awful people running it. Straight up crooks. Follow up: Usually any company that feels the need to respond to every negative review is really worse than their reviews. This company responds faster to a negative review, than to an actual email from a homeowner. Don't believe the hype. They're 2.4 stars for a really good reason.

        Aside from 1 person, this company as a whole is trash, and they lack professionalism of follow through. And whoever does the replies on these reviews for them: don't come on here trying to argue me when the 1 good review ya'll have is PRE pandemic and probably PAID/SPAM. I said what I said.

      A management company reviews are usually not good because they come from residents who dont want to follow the legal rules and regulations of the community. Board members look at these reviews and say oh..they are adhering to the contract and enforcing the governing documents. So the lower the review the better the service in this industry!Thank You!

      Thank you for your review. You have not clearly stated what the issue is, just what you feel. It has been brought to our attention that your concern was the pool. We have also been informed that you spoke with a representative from the company that shared with you that the pool is cleaned twice per week. Please be advised that management does not make these decisions. Vendor selection and service is a function of the Board of Directors, NOT the management company. HOA's operate differently than apartment complexes. As for reviews, the mangement company is responsible for sending residents to collections, citing owners for non compliance and therefore we do not expect all of our reviews as "enforcers" to be great.
