Lauren is a terrible person to deal with. Very nasty attitude. Her and James are not on same page at all. Used for licensing, but in the middle of nowhere. Over priced and security deposit theives.

I simply asked one questions about their payment system, that I had previously talked to another employee about, while signing my lease, and received a text message that was meant for someone else about me. I asked if I could get a heads up with the auto pay or if they could tell me what day and the time it would be deducted because I keep my cards lock because of a previous identity theft. At the sign of the lease, the guy said it was fine. The text message that I received about myself went like this "It's her responsibility to unlock her card on time. These people are nuts Absolutely nuts". I only asked a question that I had already address with the other staff at the sign of my lease, so that makes me nuts. I think that this was so very unprofessional. The only thing she could say was that the message wasn't for me but about me. Sad. My businesses or my bank account says that I am not nuts. lol Don't forget that we, the customers are what pays you to run your business!!
