I should have listened when I was warned not to purchase from this company. I was told that I could make a partial/half payment since this is my final payment for a standard washer and dryer set I spent well over $3k on. One week later they are blowing up my phone and knocking on my door with notices which they have made a habit of doing. I will not be renting anything else from this company and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Pure annoyance added to an already stressful society.

Tim is an absolutely amazing person he has helped me out so much and I am so grateful to have him apart of the Aaron's team I am so happy he helped me to get what I need to be comfortable in my house and I just made another contract for a laptop. Customer service at this place leaves a lot to be desired. The lady that I talk to was extremely rude and impatient, and had not a bit of niceness behind her tone whatsoever. It was just very rude, very rude and makes me not wanna buy anything from there anymore for sure, shell acted like I was taking her time away from her to wait on

I know dealing with these types of company can be a bit of a hassle. But I must say I am very pleased with the level of service and professionalism i received from this company. Great job and keep up the good work.
