We ordered a mattress and were told it would be delivered on a certain day. Then the night before we’re notified that it wouldn’t be delivered on our promised day. Then after calling and speaking with the store we were told it would be delivered by 9pm on the initial day that we scheduled. Then we were notified only hours before that it wouldn’t be delivered until the following day. We are not happy with the customer service that was offered during this situation and how it wasn’t solved as we were told it would be two different times. Very disappointed...

Amazing service at the douglasville location ! Andrew went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mattress for me in my budget. I would highly recommend stoping in for yourself if you are in the market for a new mattress!

Where do I even start...Dwayne was beyond amazing. Our interaction began over the phone when I called to seek assistance on buying a mattress. I almost just ordered a mattress online to avoid having to go in store. Im glad I went in. Dwayne took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered options that made sense for my needs and budget. Dwayne didnt sell me. The level of customer service he offered in a 15 minute visit was the best Ive had in quite some time. To top what was already one of the best experiences I could ask for, Dwayne also handled the cancellation of an order I placed at another Mattress Firm location. I was led to tears when Dwayne called to let me know because I hadnt asked him to help at all. While I wont share the location, I will say the experience with the associate at the other Mattress Firm location left me not even wanting to give my money to Mattress Firm at all. I will say the engagement with the other location was bad enough that I planned to just take up the issue with my bank and not even interact with them. Dwayne goes above and beyond for his customers and I would buy anything from him.
