Rod was extremely patient and helpful as we decided upon the flooring we purchased. It was not an easy decision, but he was quite informative which helped us make a confident decision. The installers did an excellent job and listened well to the details of what we wanted. I highly recommend the outlet and the installers!

They were on time for our appointment, Move all the furniture, Quickly ripped up the old flooring and install the new flooring, Put in the quarteround, And cleaned up all within three hours. My wife loves her new floor. We will definitely be using these guys again on future projects.

I have reviewed before but it seems to have disappeared so I will give them the best five stars I can! 2 years ago I priced out 2,000 ft of carpet and some vinyl planking with two of the major stores here in Washington and both quotes were near $14,000. Including shipping and installation direct from the mill... and a better quality carpet than I could have bought at the other stores, Dalton carpets saved me $8,000! The total bill was $6,500. I have recommended them to many people and I'm doing so still. This is not the first time I used them I had an entire house done in about the year 2000 and was extremely happy. I would thoroughly recommend them

Rod was my salesman. He was very friendly and helpful. Not pushy like some salesman at other stores. He listened to what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. The price met my budget. My installation was done quickly and looks great. I even had a piece of carpet that was left over binded. I will definitely use them again!
