Absolutely disgusting how this company treats customers. If Lowe's assigns this company as a repair warranty ask for another company. Took them 3 days to even order the part to fix my oven. Called and checked in on what should have been the 7th business day (as they said it would be 5 to 7 business days before the part was in...literally a simple ignitor issue on an oven that's not even 2 years old) and was asked if they could call me back....of course no call back (which seems like a common practice as per other reviews). So my husband called 4 hours after my initial call and the rude employee that answered the phone ended up hanging up on him not even a minute into the call, employee huffed and puffed like we were terrible for calling in. Then wouldn't answer the phone when we tried to call back. Hoping that the escalation we made with a Lowe's supervisor will help customers in the future as this company is definitely giving Lowe's protection plans a really bad rep. I have a family to feed and without an oven that makes it kind of difficult. We could have honestly fixed the issue ourselves but being that we paid for a protection plan and the oven being so new we feel like our issue should be resolved in a timely manner. The owner of this company should really evaluate who he has employed as multiple reviews show the attitudes of these people are very common. What a shame.

If you don't have to use this company then don't. If you do have to use this company, GOOD LUCK!!!!! The worse experience ever with a repair company. Lowes needs to reevaluate the companies used for repairs immediately!!!!!

My experience with Rattigan's was great. I did have to wait a few weeks for the parts to come in for my TV, but that wasn't that bad at all. Jonathan came to our house and was able to fix the TV within 20 minutes. He was very respectful to our home and also was very knowledgeable and showed me which parts he was installing on the TV. We had a great conversation about the technical aspects of the job. We would do business with Rattigan's again if needed.
