AVOID, CAUSED DAMAGE! While repairing my washer, the owner caused significant damage to my brand new wood floors. When I contacted him about how to remediate this, he blamed the damage on me and told me to file a claim through my homeowners insurance. Unfortunately this is the contractor my warranty company used. If you have a choice, avoid at all costs!!!

Do not call this company !! A simple mistake was made to washing machine ! Could have burned house down and could have been corrected instead of fixing the issue to damaged property this man lied stated it be taken care off never to be heard from again ! I now have to fight to get my property damage fixed when I offered to resolve the issue . As a business owner I would make sure customer service and mistake made by company are handled especially with people whom have been under warranty 15 years meaning they are returning customers ! So if anything goes wrong and company is responsible u will have to go through a lot to get to this man ! Also he is owner and worker no assistant will not be able to put things back the way they were found and I respect all older people but hes mean and its really sad I have to write a bad review but I was done wrong

Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The gentleman who came to fix my ice machine was kind BUT after he left my entire fridge stopped cooling below 60 degrees and the new ice machine is leaking all over my floor. When I called and requested an emergency repair, the receptionist told me theres nothing she can do and he is the only tech they have and I have to wait 5 days for him to come back. So long story short, nice man, inadequate service and staffing and poor problem solving on the customer service end.

They came out to look at our gas range. They took one part from it and took our $75 check. Three weeks later the check cashed but still no call or update from the company. I called and the lady on the other end immediately got defensive and rude. Another week later and the home warranty company dispatched a second company. Not sure if home warranty fired them or they quit. Dont walk away from this company, run as fast as you can. Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair

All County Appliance came out to access a problem with our 25 year old Amana refrigerator in 2021 when there was a 6 month wait on purchasing new refrigerators. We had first paid a corporate (chain) company to come out and they claimed our problem was the compresser. They wanted to charge us over $1,000 to replace it. We couldn't understand how it could be the compressor when the refrigerator was running super cold... it just wasn't shutting itself off. It was running continuously. They advised us to leave it running for 24 hours and then call them back. We didn't. We called All County Appliance. They fixed our refrigerator for less than $250 by taking care of the actual problem- the timer. One year later and it's still running strong... and shutting off between cycles. Mr Williams Sr performed excellent work for a reasonable price. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
