        Terrible place to call home. The apartment I ended up getting was totally filthy than what I was initially showed. I was promised my balcony and net will be cleaned and replaced after I moved in- its been 3 months and nothing has been done. Also there seem to be something wrong with their water heater- I have been taking cold showers during the entire winter without a permanent fix. I have submitted two maintenance request this month(April) and today is only April 3rd. This is totally unacceptable as I have two little ones who are forced to take cold shoes due to their negligence. As a monthly paying resident I expect a permanent fix to my water heater and nothing less.

        They are very unprofessional and some liars. The administration fee is refundable but they trying to keep mines. They never answer the phone or emails. Waste of time

        I just want to say they are horrible with communication. I moved out of my apt on 01/25/2024. I paid my rent for that month of move out and now Im getting a letter in the mail saying that I owe them $1400. They sent it directly to a collections agency.
