Arbor Place

These are some really really nice apartments I don't know what the deposit fee is but I know they have some really gorgeous two bedrooms that I would definitely look into renting if I were to have an apartment. Also I'm sure there is a pet fee if you decide to have a pet or two, however I will say this some of the two and three bedrooms are upstairs which are up a good amount of steps if you want to continue to go up and down those steps every single day. They have a tennis court and a pool if I'm not mistaken. But overall these are some really nice apartments I'm not sure how much the rent is and you can contact the leasing office for all of that information going forward.

I would like to say Mrs. Barbara is the best thing to happen to Villas at West Ridge and staff. We love her... she's like a breath of Fresh air and l know l speak for the entire staff. Great job Mrs. Barbara for being a amazing leader and a wonderful person.

My husband and I have been living here since January 2014. Not only did we sign our 10th lease with Arbor Place Apartments this year, but we upgraded into a larger apartment. Everyone knows moving is miserable but this move was great (aside from the moving part - LOL). Barbara, Wanda, and Debra were outstanding with getting me set up and ready to go into the new apartment. I am so thankful for Barbara, Debra, and Wanda helping me get into this new beautiful place! We love it, we love you, and we are so thankful for everything you all have always done for us!

From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I knew I had found the perfect place to call home. The location has easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and parks. Its proximity to major highways and public transportation hubs makes your commute a breeze. Ive been living here for about two months now. This is an amazing place to live. The move was very pleasant and a breeze. Management office is very attentive and responsive with any questions or concerns. Huge shout out to Barbara the manager of the office, she is beyond helpful. Shes understanding, charismatic and sweet. Shes not only here to do her job but she takes it to the next level by getting to know her tenants on a personal level. That says a lot about her character. The team as whole is exceptional and I very much appreciate them all. Recommend this place to live big time.
