        The representatives are rude, they say the next appointment available is in a month, and dont even look at you, just keep talking while doing their stuff which is rude and unprofessional. But the guy in the picture was really nice and polite. Definitely a great service from him. Thank you!

        I don't understand why folks have to stand outside in line! This doesn't happen at Chase. Chase has plenty of bankers, so customers are in and out in a jiffy!
