I've never had a problem at this location til today the store manager that was there was very rude and disrespectful telling a customer that had already purchased and began loading his furniture that she wanted to see a receipt but everything was already taken care of before she arrived..when the customer declined to show her she told the employees not to help load the furniture they also told her he had already shown and paid for the items they begin to argue back and forth she even came back outside and started to taunt the customer,she was horrible I've never seen a grown woman behave in such a manner she was absolutely too old to be acting that way

1 STAR : Update on location in Conyers: " Take from the Needy to Prosper the Greedy ". This store has a large assortment of items , clothes, shoes, jewelry etc . HOWEVER when i visited there/ summer, I saw a pull -out sofa/ bed. Guys, I considered it due to a Disabled relative etc: it was over priced over $300: nor was I able to take it home etc: the cashier said 3 day policy: BUT THE MANAGER SAID , oh don't worry just pay, we'll keep it until you're able: I mentioned up coming surgical procedures etc. He said don't worry. " HE WANTED THE $$$$ ". I was called several times left voicemail etc. When I went to get it with a truck/men: i was going to donate an Antique leather/velvet sofa. Horrible experience: their sofa WAS TOTALLY DIRTY, FOOT PRINTS etc. Etc and more damaged etc. I spoke with same Mgr who IGNORED ME & I refused the sofa, nor did I give them my Donation: which was in Better condition than theirs: ' There is More" Their Prices are Higher: I Would NEVER DONATE TO THEM. Even a few workers saw & heard the Mgrs Non Caring attitude/ words.
