My mother went to visit this store in search of some stuff for her new apartment and had a terrible experience. Some stools she looked at were damaged and were way way to over priced. She then looked for some simple pillows and they were 17 bucks, for a pillow. Not a Goodwill I would recommend. Items to over priced.

Resellers ruined this store!!!!! Good luck getting anything good. These trashy people literally live there 9 to 5 that is their job. They are rude and pushy! They camp and wait till employees bring out new stuff and follow them and grab everything that looks good. So NO nice items make it to the rack!!! Last week I saw them fighting over a pair of shoes! I tried to grab a t-shirt that was just put on the rack next to me where I was standing and one of the resellers almost knocked me over and snatched it literally in front of me! They will kill you for a Northface t-shirt or anything that has a "brand" name. It is impossible to find anything good there. I live in the area and been coming to this goodwill for years and do not remember it being that bad even 2-3 years ago. It is as if they all woke up one day and learned about poshmark. It is a war zone go and try it for yourself you will see! Terrible experience what a shame used to be a great store.

This Goodwill next to High Country on Roswell Rd prices are too high and most items are stained or badly soiled. I literally picked up a blazer with armpit stains and a shirt that look like it was peed on. I asked the lady at the checkout why would they have stained and soiled items in the floor when that is not typical Goodwill behavior and she said they now sell items like that they just cant be too bad. When I told her no these items shouldnt be sold she said that isnt her area and the people in the back are too blame. This used to be one of the best Goodwill locations but this location has lost my business forever. I will now only shop at my favorite Goodwill on Roswell and Abernathy. They never charge too much and I have never seen stains or soiled clothing on the racks. I have been shopping at both locations for 20 years so why is the location closer to Buckhead charging different prices with less quality clothing???
