Despite the bad reviews, I personally had no problems with this location for my testing. I'm glad I came here and didn't drive further out. I checked in through the kiosk and waited 30 mins until my name was called, which isn't bad for booking on the same day. Wait times may vary, but I went early in the morning. Keep in mind that staff goes to lunch at 12 p.m., so if you go close to or after that time, the line may build up.

I came here yesterday at 4:05 pm after work. They told me I was too late. Now Im here at 8am on the dot before work and I may have to leave because no one is here to take me although they said to come at 8. It is now 8:15 and no one has said anything to me at all. The women with the bogus bbl is rude even though she was late. My suggestion find another location.

Extremely rude staff, Im a home health nurse and I drop off lab specimens at lab corps all the time but this location makes me sign in like Im one of the patients and wait in line like Im a patients , other locations require the nurse to sign the patients name in on a sheet then hand in the specimen. Extremely RUDE location

I wish I could rate this place a No star. The Lab corp in Walgreens on Dekalb Industrial Way is by far the worst location. I left my job early in this rainy Ga weather to get my labs done. This was the only time I had since I work Mon-Fri. This location isnt by my home, but its the closest. Its hard to find a Labcorp in my area.It was even harder having an injury that required such test. When I arrived at 3:50pm, I was told I could not get labs due to staffing so I had to have an appointment. Mind you, when I called the phone number provide by the website, there was no specifications on having an appointment. I asked, can I wait to see if anyone shows up, I can just take the missed appointment spot. The young lady who I found out her name was Antoinnette ( she refused to provide the spelling of her name and last name) She stated everyone comes to their appointment and proceeded to walk away as I was taking. 7 people were on the screen for Appointments, but only 3 people were serviced. It was 4:40 when I knocked on the door and asked why wasnt I able to get my labs. Antoinnette stated she was waiting on customers at 4:40. 4 people had already missed their appt. There was no customer but me left waiting. Labcorp closes at 5pm. I advised this young lady of my situation and she still lied about customers coming and it was no one. Antoinnette showed no compassion or empathy as a health professional. In fact as I was leaving her and her co-worker began to laugh at the situation. Ive had issues every-time I came to this location. They really need to hire health care professionals that want to help people, and not just someone to pass an exam just to take blood and feces samples. I will never come back and will encourage anyone that asked me about this place not to go. I wouldnt trust that Antoinnette with a loved one.

Generally customer service is lacking, like at any LabCorp Walgreens location. Not a lot of opportunities for engagement until you're called.
If you put your phone number into the registration system? Yes, they'll text you. But if you're not sitting there waiting, they'll take another patient instead. Do not wander around the store! It's infuriating to take leave from work for this service, wait 45 minutes, then be denied service within a minute of receiving a text notification. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in a hurry.
Most draws for lab work are handled well without multiple attempts, at least.
