I waited two hours for the staff to tell me I could not be serviced due to a balance from 1989 it's 2023. The office is also filthy.

(Riverdale location) This place is the GHETTO! Not only was it a dirty establishment but the workers were beyond acceptable. Rude, argumentative and had very nasty attitude. It started with the receptionist who argued with me that my Doctor had not sent over the orders properly. ( My doctor added another test after she sent the first request and called to tell me that she had done so) I called the Doctor (while standing at the check in window) and spoke to her directly, she told me the electronic order had definitely been sent and that Labcorp may need to refresh their screen to see the changes on my file, the receptionist didn't like that at all and began to shake her head . Then when I was called back another lady yelled at me stating- " your Doctor is lying- She aint sent nothing" At that point I retrieved my printed orders and walked out without the test - and the whole time several staffers were mouthing off at me. My best description would be that I had found the GHETTO for real. The other reviewers apparently were not lying.

In and out in 15 minutes. Friendly staff. If you have to go to a labcorp facility for employer drug screening, this is the one. The Emory / Peachtee location is absolute trash in comparison.
