I have been seeing Dr. Maria Walker literally half my life. Over the last few years I have said several times I need to find a new doctor's office. The last two weeks have finally pushed me to seriously search for a new primary care physician. The staff has gone severely downhill as have the care and attention from Dr. Walker. The lack of professionalism is beyond me! The wait time is absolutely ridiculous and the nurses are completely UNproffesional as I heard them talking about patients while I sat in the patient room for over an hour waiting for the nurse practitioner.

I have been coming to Dr Walkers office for years and I can finally say that the staff she has now has the best customer service and confidence on knowledge of care. Smiles and compliments go along way I was greeted when I came to the window and it kind of shocked me with how pleasant they were. Seriously

She was just on the news for leaving boxes of hundreds of patient files on the side of the building for months! Plenty of unpaid osha fines for bloodborne pathogens! BEWARE!
