Emory at Decatur - Neurology & Sleep Medicine

Very rude my appointment is scheduled for 8am and the lady says no thats really 8:30am. I say no Im scheduled for 8am she says we just book you like that so you will be on time. Im good on this type of service

I left three messages a couple of weeks ago. No one returned my call. It wasn't as if I was calling to make an appointment for a haircut. This is a neurology office! They need to call people back.

Don't even bother calling this place. The lady that answers the phone doesn't care and has a terrible attitude. I was transferred by the other office to see if this office had a sooner appointment available than October next year. She said that none of the doctors are accepting CHOA patients because the one that did is retiring and because my daughter is seeing a neurologist and has seen a neurologist in the last 3 years, they won't accept her. What? She's 18 and her CHOA neurologist referred her to Emory and she has an appointment with the Emory clinic on Executive Park in October 2024. Don't worry, I'll never call this office again!

I brought my mother in several times and was met with friendly and attentive staff. Dr. Johnson was fantastic. She was very detailed and took her time diagnosing my mothers symptoms.
