This Bank no longer operates like SunTrust. Calling customer service is really frustrating and usually you have one hour wait time. If you are lucky enough to get a representative they over promise and under-deliver. Excessive maintenance fees on checking accounts. Don't waste your time with this Bank. On a positive note the employees are very courteous. This bank's concerns about the community is to make more money from their customers!

Been with Truist(BBT) a long time. Have multiple accounts and was going to setup a business acct. Wanted to make sure someone would be there on a specific day due to business partner driving 45 min to meet as well. Called branch number twice and sent me to messaging system each time. So I booked appointment online. Got email confirmation then a reminder the morning of. When we walk in for our appt no one knew we were coming and the manager was not there that day, and there wasn't anyone there who could help us setup an account. The tellers are ALWAYS very friendly and I wondered why this branch was getting a poor rating...now I know why. Incredibly unprofessional. Needless to say accounts are being closed and moving to another bank.
