    My whole process from going to view the property to moving in was great! All of the staff was present, especially Talia she was my leasing agent and she went over and beyond for me & was very helpful with all of my questions. She was very sweet! My only complaint that I have is that my apartment wasn't cleaned after the people moved out before me, the refrigerator had a juice spill in it, and the tubes were nasty with hair left in them, & the microwave was not wiped out and very greasy. I immediately told Talia, she put in a work order to have the apartment cleaned . Other then that I love my new place its beautiful!

    This place is horrible. Talia is one of the rudest, laziest, and most non-caring employees I have ever met. A/C been out since sept of last year but isnt a priority because its going into winter time is what I was told by her. Mold on windows, shower, etc. and you can make a work order sometimes they fix it sometimes they just say they did. Bathroom fan has been out since July 2023 when I moved in and still has not been fixed. I am paying almost 1,850 a month for a one bedroom 1 bath 975 sq ft apartment and the trash service wont even grab my trash. But then charged me $100 fine for putting ginger bread boxes outside during Christmas time. Gates always trapping you in or keeping you out. They just need to stop fixing it at this point. First time ever out on my own and boy did I pick the wrong place. The maintenance people are cool people and so is the office workers except for Talia. If a 20 year old is complaining about all this when we usually dont even care it must be bad lol.

    HIGH UTILITY MANIPULATED RATES!!! I packed into this community 6 months ago and upon my entry sewer was low rate which is reasonable i.e $34 and water was same but to my greatest surprise Im paying triple the price since December. The last payment I made was $235 for just water and sewer. I wasnt even home for 3 weeks to use water in my apartment. Upon complaining to the management on such terrific high jump, I was told we use mass meter for our building. Am I made to pay to make up for other empty apartments in the building?? How can I be paying such outrageous rate for sewer and water!!! This is crazy!!! I made my findings, I realized most people have same issue but they dont know where else to complain after going to complain at the leasing office several times with no resolution. Please some should help!! This is way too much for me. Im a single mum!
