The Reserve Community - Homes for Lease

Horrible business practices. I've been a resident since it opened up the newest homes at the top of the hill. Third management company in 3 years! None of them communicate or answer there phones. Maintenance is a joke and the homes were built quickly and shoddily. The review that says there is a community center is a fake. The community center and the pool are not for this community. They are for the people of The Reserve who actually own their own homes. The rental part of the neighborhood does not have access. The newest "property management" is Invitation Homes. My lease was up weeks ago and since they only acquired the property in the last two months, they have yet to send me a renewal. There is a list as long as my arm of overdue repairs from the previous "property managers". I put in quotations bc they fail to manage anything. They are rent collectors. Nothing more. I've seen at least twenty families evicted in the last 3 years. I hope the Senators come together and put an end to this travesty that is wrecking our Nation's families' ability to own their own home. The equity companies that own these homes and responsible for the soaring price of rent and home ownership across the entire United States! Please write your Senators and support the bills "Preventing the Algorthimic Facilitation of Rental Housing Cartels Act of 2024" and the "End Hedge Fund Control of American Homes Act of 2023".

Stayed here for the past 3 years. Great safe community. The community center with the pool is a great area for the family or parties. We truly enjoyed being a resident here. Devin and Magnolia were super helpful with my transition out as I relocated to another state. I highly recommend The Reserve if youre looking for a seamless rental home experience.
