I was very pleased with how Joe took care of the assessment from our water damage and worked with the insurance company to take care of all the repairs. His crew was very considerate of our needs and worked quickly to repair the damage so we could return home! I was very impressed with the entire process! Everyone we had working in our home was professional and kind!

I am over the moon about this company. The inspector who came out to my house was not only on time but also showed me a level of professionalism and kindness that puts them on the top of my list. Big thank you to Steamatic.

Since I've had my demise in my home last month due to water damage, I was kind of reluctant to try these people out. However it was a surprise to me. Water got all on my furniture and it's real leather and I thought for sure it would have to be replaced by the insurance company. They came and checked it out, there was no mold at all on glance. The lady told me I would have saw it within 72 hours if there was some. So they also did a Q-tip test on each piece of furniture deep down inside of the cracks to be sure there was no mold at all. I came out good. The solution they used got everything off of my furniture and had it looking like new. I was very pleased. They also steam cleaned the rugs that were on my hardwood flooring. I must say, they did one hell of a job. The insurance company paid them directly so I didn't have to worry about any of that.
