Juan and his team were very responsive at creating the beautiful screen porch we envisioned. He spent extra time designing the roof line to tie into the existing structure and allow the most possible light into the space. He made sure to provide extra support in the structure so that we could hang a swing bed. Communication was great every step of the way and they treated the property with respect every step of the way. Very impressive GC who does fantastic work. I toured a home they were in the process of completing and I was suitably impressed. I also love how detailed Juan was in running through my project's details and quote. I'd happily recommend them to anyone, I've been trying to get my project started since April (nearly 7 months) and he's the most responsive and professional person I've reached out to so far.

Juan finished our basement. Juan and his crew were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Juan is very responsive and dependable. Our basement looks AMAZING!!! Im very happy. My mom and aunt will also be using Juan soon for projects at their house.

We worked with JD Marquez Builders to convert our partial, walkout basement into an office space / bonus room. They offered great design ideas, provided a detailed, itemized quote and finished ahead of schedule. Their work was a great value for us, and quality easily matched the rest of our townhome (built by Taylor Morrison). I highly recommend Juan and his expert team.
