She was also on top of every facet of the process, contacting the builder, lender, property constantly. Nothing snuck by her. I dont know what my wife or I would have done if it weren't for Katy.

Katy is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is professional and takes pride in her work. We recently purchased a home in this crazy market and Katy always had our best interests in mind. She is not looking for the quick sale, but rather looks forward to the future to make sure it's a solid investment and has high resale potential. I really appreciated her honesty. She put together a solid offer that included contingencies (which doesn't happen in this market) because she firmly believes that her buyers should not lose their common sense in this market. Katy is hands down the best realtor we have worked with. She is knowledgeable, knows the market and made the entire process of selling our home a breeze. In less than 36 hours we had 37 showings with 11 offers and we went under contract with a backup contract. That was a lot in that short amount of time, but she did not miss a beat. She is also kind and compassionate and that we are thankful for too.
