Bret worked very hard for us. He was always very patient and responsive. Every house we looked at Bret had already done his homework and knew all the details. While there he basically did an inspection complete with evaluating crawl spaces and attics. You wont find a more honest agent to assist you with your home purchase. Thank you Bret!

Bret helped us sell our home, which we hadnt been living in for several years. My husband and I are busy. Really busy. We have 3 kids between the ages of 5 and 12, so from the moment we get home from work until theyre all in bed, its difficult to take a call. Bret was really respectful of our time, AND he did a great job. I didnt recognize our house in the listing it looked so good and I could not believe the final selling price. The market is changing and I was reluctant to list it for so much, but we still got over asking and were under contract in a few days. Couldnt be happier.
