In this transaction we are both selling our home and buying a new home with Jeff as our agent for both transactions. He has also carefully scheduled our closings for the sell and buy on the same day per our request to avoid overlapping mortgage and HOA payments. Jeff is simply the best realtor I have ever used or even heard of. He sold our house in one day and has helped us buy multiple homes.
